why is it not getting better??

sian lor,all mary and my patients never PFA one,wan rest also cannot,sigh...it is so troublesome taking our temperature lor,why cant they just ask us to bring our own thermometer,tis ll save us time from queing up lor...new supervisor today,dr low yi han,turned out he saw my morning patient before,actually also not big deal bah,NDC not very big n DO also not tat many,haha...sigh,dr hema really take a long time to check lor,my afternoon patient was checked and sent off,chair disinfected but she haven even finish checking one E&D,OMG...only did E&D for my afternoon patient,had to refer to perio resident cos there was no improvement after the 1st IPT,sian...so lucky tat is dr koh check my E&D one cos the patient need to leave at 5 n i think dr hema ll surely tell me to do another round of scaling for him one...sigh,still got diarrhoea,lucky i dun feel like gg to the toilet during treatment for patients...but have to say sorry to mary though,kept leaving her to go toilet,haha,pai sei ah...but just as well also,let her have some time alone wif her patient since she seem to like him,i there also very extra like tat,haha...hope tat 2 packets of po chai pills ll work but doesnt tis mean i have built up a tolerance to the pills since 1 no longer works??no matter wat,the world wun change for anyone,time wun stop,the sun ll still rise,the earth ll still rotate and life has to go on(from {lu guang sen lin}),but are these word supposed to be motivational or depressional??haha,things are not always wat we see,ppl always put on a cover,just like sophie....sadly,time wait for noone,sigh...
